Welcome, Namaste, my dear friend. My name is Deborah White and I am here to share with you my journey toward healing and self-discovery.

"The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind." - Caroline Myss

My Journey

As I reflect on my life, I realise that my experiences have led me to a deeper understanding of the healing power of nature and the human spirit. From a very young age, I felt the pain of being separated from my mother, who was placed in a mental institution. This experience left a profound mark on me, and I turned to nature as a source of comfort and solace.

After 36 years, I found myself struggling with depression, relationships, and finding my purpose in life. But through my own research on natural remedies, nutrition, The Journey method and Yoga, I was able to find a path towards healing and self-discovery.

Now, as a teacher, guide, and coach in the healing field, I offer a safe and nurturing space for others to embark on their own journey toward healing. I deliver workshops, self-mastery programs, 1:1 online healing, ceremonies , work as a birth Doula and Death Doula, I am committed to helping others find their own path toward healing and self-discovery.

So, please know that you are not alone. No matter what challenges you may be facing, there is always a path toward healing and self-discovery. I am here to support you on that journey, and together, we can create a brighter, more fulfilling future.

I am a mother to 3 adult daughters and a grandmother, to 3 beautiful healthy children. With a wealth of life experience and trainings I absolutely love my work as a professional therapist, Coach & Doula. I am fully insured for my services. It is my passion to help and guide others to become well, happy and healthy.

"The healer is inside of us, a voice that whispers in moments of clarity and speaks in times of need, a source of infinite wisdom and unconditional love." - Unknown
